This is my work flow:
1. Use Lightroom, rate the best ones, color correct and exposure correct as close as possible.
2. Finish up with Adobe Photoshop CC edit skin, backdrop, wardrobe and color grade for final look.
Straight from camera, no edit.
Color and exposure correction from RAW file.
Final edit in Photoshop CC, color grading.
